The service produces forensic-accounting analysis of the filings you upload. It is not investment, credit, accounting, audit or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or lend.

AI-generated analysis

All analysis is AI-generated and may be incomplete or incorrect. A rating is withheld where the uploaded documents support too little of the analysis, and a rating published on partial coverage is marked as having reduced reliability and is indicative only. Verify outputs against the underlying filings before relying on them.

You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you submit and for us to process them to provide the service.

Credits

The service is billed in prepaid dollar credits, consumed at the prices on our pricing page: a fixed fee for each completed study that publishes a rating, plus measured token usage for studies and Research questions. A study that fails, stops before scoring or has its rating withheld is not charged. A study in flight always completes, even if that takes your balance below zero. At a zero or negative balance, new studies cannot start, reports are not viewable and questions pause until you top up. Nothing is deleted while your balance is negative; a top-up restores full access. A starter credit is granted once per verified email.
