What we collect

Your account email; the documents you upload; the analysis generated from them; usage and billing records; and access logs (identifiers only, never document text).

Why we process it

To provide the analysis service, to bill measured usage, to send service notifications, and to keep the platform secure.

AI processing

Your documents and data extracted from them are processed by AI models to produce the analysis. This processing is described in the sub-processor register on the DPA page. Your documents are not used to train models.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. Data is shared only with the sub-processors listed in the register on the DPA page, each limited to the function described there.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded files are deleted immediately on request, database records within 7 days, and billing records are retained only as tax and accounting law requires.
